Renaissance Fairs
Renaissance Fairs are neat where else can you go that they let you help defend a castle from invasion. Yes I got to play with swords. Ooooh I feel an evil gm idea coming on. Defending a castle. Could be interesting. In any case I do recommend going to the Fair next year, unless you would like to go tomorrow. Tomorrow is the last day unfortunately. Oh and by the way you do get a discount if you dress up. It was too hot for my gear but they gave us the discount anyway lucky us.

That sounds fun! We didn't know about the R-Fair, we went to the Living Traditions Festival on Sat it was fun. We'll have to try the fair next year, we could make the kids some cool outfits to wear!
